The author of Failure: The Secret to Success was interviewed on the CRM Strategy Sessions podcast. Interviewer Barb Jones asked about failure, employees and perfectionism.

Here’s what Barb Jones had to say about the conversation:

Is perfectionism keeping you from experiencing more success? Robby talks about how to get past perfectionism, how to lose your fear of making decisions that might lead to failure, and even how to trust your employees when their ideas might fail. Give yourself permission to fail – its a good thing!
