Finding The Mental Strength Needed For Rejection

If you struggle with how to deal with rejection, you may not realize that there are ways to cope. In fact, some people seem to be able to bounce back quickly after being rejected. So how do they do it?

It’s very rare to succeed at something on your first try. Don’t put that pressure on your shoulders! All of us have had to failure first in order to succeed!
